Bramblewood Fashion is hosting a giveaway for a pair of tights from "We Love Colors". I always dislike the fact that little girls get all the brightly colored tights and for the most part, women are stuck with black, grey and white. Sometimes Target will carry more colorful tights, but I've never seen a selection of womens' tights as rainbow as We Love Colors has. :-)

Bramblewood Fashion Modest Fashion Week - Day 5
Had some trouble deciding what to wear today. I had gotten the brown boots yesterday on sale and I wanted to wear them...so I wanted to wear a shorter skirt so you could see them. Plus it's 60 degrees out today...is it weird to wear boots when you could be wearing sandals?
Umm...no. At least not in my case. Hehe :)
Sorry for the rather lousy pictures. The sun wouldn't cooperate with me.
Brown shirt - Landsend maybe?
Camo green tank top - Justice
Green plaid skirt - Kohl's
Boots - Wanted

Bramblewood Fashion: Modest Fashion Week - Day 4
I'm chiming in a bit late here because I completely forgot all about it and therefore didn't take any pictures of my outfits for the first 3 days. But better late than never. :-)
My outfit for today:
Black shirt - Target
Off-white camisole and plaid blouse - Kohl's
Purple skirt and belt - Hancock Fabrics of all places (But no, I didn't make it!)
Black boots - Sears, I think.

Swap
So you saw what I made for the AG Swap, this is what I got. I am so amazed...it's a three piece outift, and it's all sooo well made. I was drooling.

In which I make some money and have some fun
Not neccessarily in that order. :-) Greta Gothard message-d me on Facebook a couple weeks ago and asked if I'd be interested in designing the graphic for a poster they would sell at their shows. Of course I said YES. We finally started work on this past week. It went pretty fast; faster than I thought. I had to work on a lot of details I wasn't used to because of the fact that it was going to be a bigger poster than I'd ever designed before. But it went well. And I finally got Willow's solo shot (bottom left corner, black and white picture) looking good. it was annoying me to no end, but I finally got it to the point I liked it. Greta and I went back and forth over the email a lot, adjusting details, and she was pleased with it...she's taking it to the printer this week to get them printed up in time for their Valentine's day show. I'm very happy! ;-)

Foto Friday -- An interesting rainbow
This didn't turn out as amazing as I THOUGHT it would...but here it is. Food Coloring Splatter Painting on the snow.
This is what it looked like in it's untouched form...before I swirled it all together and scraped the top snow off down to the ice.
My fingers are quite the rainbow too...actually more blue and green than anything.
