Wedding!

Our good friends from church, Jeremy Mantel and Heather Justice, were married yesterday.
I personally believe that it was the best wedding I've ever been too. I greatly regret that we did not bring our camera so we didn't get any pictures of the ceremony and no quality photos of the reception - although we did take some with Dad's cell phone camera at the reception, but they're all grainy.
So here are a couple of the pictures from the reception...

Jeremy and Heather dancing. You can really tell they are in love. :-D

It's funny...after going to a REAL wedding; Barbie movies and storybooks almost seem silly once you've experienced it in real life.

Video of Ruby and Comparison photos

Here's a video of Ruby I took with my cell phone:

It stops half-way through for some reason so you have to rewind it a little bit and then it'll play.

Also, comparison photos of me when I was a baby (probably around the same age as Ruby...not sure though...) and Ruby

Back from NE!

We got back from NE last night. I've got the flu. :'-( So if my words are mispelled or don't make sense, that's why. ;-)

Anyway, here are some pictures of the birthfamily...

Care Package

On the American Girl message boards I participate in, there is a girl named Minnie who lives in Sri Lanka. She lives a really tough life...there's a war going on and her grandma's house was bombed once.

I've been praying for, but I have decided to put together a care package of handmade doll clothes for her. She has two American Girl dolls. I will post pictures when I get the clothes done!

Addy's Nightgown!!

My lovely mom made me this nightgown to match the American Girl Addy's nightgown.

Here's a picture of me holding Nicki wearing the American Girl doll nightgown and me wearing the one that Mom made:

I was telling Mom: The only thing different about this nightgown from the one that American Girl sells is the v-shaped yoke and the American Girl tag!
